Vegetarian Chili
I recently finished working a job that I had as a personal chef to a local Catholic priest and his rectory staff which I found broadened my range in the kitchen because a lot of what I was required to prepare was based in vegetarian cuisine. This is a style of cooking that I haven't worked with much over the years but it was fun to try something new. One of my favorite dishes to prepare in this style is this here chili.
