Blue Moon Sauce

Howdy!  This sauce is actually a blue cheese salad dressing, but I also like to use it on broiled fish, buffalo chicken wings or grilled chicken.  Anyhow,  try it out!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups crumbled Blue Cheese

1 1/2  cups Mayonnaise

1/2 cup Sour Cream

1/4 cup Malt Vinegar

1 TBS dry White Wine

1 tsp Frank's Red Hot Sauce (use Tabasco Sauce if you want it hotter)

1/4 tsp White Sugar

Dry Spice Mix:

1/2 tsp Basil

1/4 tsp Thyme

1/2 tsp Cracked Black Pepper

Cooking Procedure:

Combine all ingredients in a food processor

Process for 2 minutes

Place sauce in a container & tightly seal it

Place in the fridge to chill for 2 hours before use
