Garlic Butter
This garlic butter is great to toss in with some freshly cooked pasta or to smear on some french bread!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb unsalted Butter, softened
- 1/4 cup roasted Garlic
- 2 TBS fresh Parsley, diced fine
- 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
Cooking Procedure:
- Place all ingredients in a food processor
- Process until smooth & completely blended
- Place in a tightly sealed container
- Reserve in fridge until use
Note: Sometimes I put some of this butter into ice cube trays and freeze it. That way I can just pop out a cube when I need some garlic butter. For information on how to roast garlic, click on this link: ROASTED GARLIC
